Tenacious Leadership Institute’s executive coaches worked closely with the Vice President of a well-known US national bank to improve the company’s strategic planning, strengthen the leadership and develop a vision for introducing new products.

Situation

The VP was appointed while the bank was undergoing massive change throughout the company. They were tasked with creating a new vision and strategy, as well as developing ideas and recommendations for new products. Among the challenges they were faced with:
