The leader of a global logistics company was having difficulty translating their national strategy into their new regional districts. They were experiencing operational issues, personnel and people conflict, and the team was unreceptive to the whole process. Situation

A long-time leader of a global logistics company was having trouble translating national strategy into their regions and managing relationships with their team. They needed to strengthen their leadership capabilities so they could improve their up-and-across relationships in an immersive and intensive way.

They also wanted to expand their warehouses into different regions, but first they needed to accelerate growth and manage high-stakes change within their organization and team.
